The GTX 560M features 192 CUDA cores and works at 775MHz for the GPU, 1550MHz for shaders. It will be paired up with either 1.5GBor 3GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 5000MHZ and "up to" 192-bit memory interface, whatever that means.
