Powercolor is hosting another sweet giveaway and the prize is quite interesting. We already wrote that Powercolor is working on a non-reference HD 5770 PCS+ card that will be factory overclocked and it looks like this card is going to be announced quite soon.

The giveaway is called "The Best of 2009" and it is basically a vote for the the best bang for the buck graphics card. According to the blurred picture on the giveaway site, the new PCS+ is going to use what appears to be Arctic Cooling cooler, previously seen on many Powercolor cards.
