We've noticed a quite interesting thing about Intel's upcoming Arrandale mobile CPU with IGP and that is the fact that it can overclock the graphics core. Intel plans a whole series or Arrandale mobile GPUs in Q1 2010 timeframe and the fastest of them is Core i7 620M that works at saucy 2.66GHz.

With CPU turbo overclocking this mobile Core i7 will increase its frequency all the way to 3.33GHz and more interesting is the fact that graphics that works at 500MHz can also overclock all the way to 766MHz.

The top mobile Core i7 the 620M version will come with a 35W TDP, which is quite good considering the fact that IGP core and memory controller needs probably some, we estimate 12W while the rest is what CPU needs.
