Nvidia has one more card to launch in upcoming weeks. The card is called Geforce 9400GS, and if all goes well the retail market should not be able to get this card.
This card is a crippled version of 9500GT card and it is aimed at OEMs and System integrators.
The card will be slower and a modestly clocked version of 9500GT, but it will also end up cheaper. Nvidia did the same thing last year when it launched the quite successful Geforce 8500GT for retail and 8400GS for OEMs and system integrators.
The time of upgrades have come and Nvidia is ready for back to school, and it looks that it can capture quite a lot of market, at least before RV710 and RV730 comes to game. ATI's answer comes in September, in very late Q3 2008.
