24GB of faster RAM and a hefty 80Wh battery

A leaked slide has now confirmed all the specifications for the upcoming Asus ROG Ally X console that should be officially announced at the Computex show, including a heftier 80Wh battery and 24GB of faster LPDDR5X-7500 memory.

As you remember, the original Asus ROG Ally came with a 40Wh battery and 16GB of LPDDR5-6400 memory, so the new ROG Ally X gets a decent upgrade. On the other hand, the ROG Ally X will also be 70g heavier (678g) and a bit thicker at 36.9mm. Asus is also going to fix issues with the microSD card slot, and an upgraded fan that is said to be 23 percent smaller with 50 percent thinner fins. The same fan is said to increase airflow by 10 percent. The same leaked information from Videocardz.com also mentions a "Precision D-Pad".

As said, the Asus ROG Ally X will be officially announced at the Computex show early next month, and while Asus has yet to confirm the price, rumor puts it at $799.
