The new Xbox Series S will be available in sleek-looking Carbon Black color, and come with 1TB of SSD storage. The color will match the Xbox accessories, and it is the matte finish one, just as in previous versions. Microsoft also doubled up the SSD storage space up to 1TB, and it will be offered with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
The new Xbox Series S Carbon Black is already available for pre-order for $349.99, directly from Xbox.com or Microsoftstore.com, and it will launch on September 1st, or just in time for Starfield, as Microsoft was so keen to note.
In addition to the Xbox Series S Carbon Black, Microsoft is rolling out a few unique Starfield accessories, namely the Starfield Limited Edition Wireless Controller and Headset. According to Microsoft, these two feature "crisp, clean designs are inspired by real-world spacecraft, and are custom built to transport you right into the cockpit of a true space explorer."
Both are available now, selling for $79.99 for the Xbox Wireless Controller – Starfield Limited Edition, and $124.99 for the Xbox Wireless Headset – Starfield Limited Edition.
