Respawn is apparently working with Microsoft on some controller sensitivity issues. Word is now reaching us that these tweaks will come in the February firmware update that was supposed to hit the Xbox One this week.

We are now hearing that the update for the Xbox One is now likely to arrive early next week. The tweak addresses what is being described as an “over-sensitivity” issue. The tweak will increase the sensitivity of the outer boundaries of the thumb sticks on the Xbox One controller.

In addition we are also hearing that an updated and improved version of the scaler code will also be part of the update. It is not yet clear how much of an improvement this new scaler code might be for the Xbox One and if all games can take advantage of it.
