Still that has not stopped the developer from talking about the goal to enhance the driving and emotional experience of the player with its first next gen release with F1 2014. Besides all of the work going into producing the most realistic visuals, it is expected that the game will move to 60fps from the 30fps that the game runs at today.
We will have to see if the decision to wait till 2014 turns out to be the right decision for the franchise. In the mean time you can buy the 2013 version of F1 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on October 2nd in North America and October 4th in the UK.
