What is very interesting is that the Fox Engine would only be on the next generation of consoles. Apparently, this is not correct, as it will use the Fox Engine on the current PES offering that is in development. The engine is apparently flexible enough to scale between the two platforms, which presents some interesting possibilities. Of course there will be a difference in image quality, but the Fox Engine is said to be able to render so well it looks like the real thing.
From what we have been able to determine, it will be surprising if we don’t see PES 2014 on just about every platform that you can think of. It apparently is coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U, and both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox Next, as well. It will be very interesting to compare the graphical difference between the versions.
