If you are one of those unscrupulous players that has been making your home in EverQuest, you might find your account suspended if you didn’t straighten up your act. Sony Online Entertainment made good on its threat to deal with unscrupulous players, and suspended over 700 EverQuest players in what is being described as the first wave of suspensions.

SOE is planning additional actions on the horizon as it deals with cheaters, in hopes of communicating the message that this is what happens if you cheat. In the meantime, SOE will continue to gather information necessary to carry out more suspensions.
