The Arkham City PC version will feature Games for Windows support, and Rocksteady is still working on fixing some bugs and tweaking a few things before it releases the game. Beyond announcing the PC release date, Warner Bros did not comment why they are waiting a month before releasing the PC version.
We suspect that it is for the same reasoning as other developers, meaning concerns over piracy on the PC impacting sales.
