Gaming rental by-mail retailer GameFly is adding its fifth distribution center. The new distribution center will be opened in Seattle and will join the Austin, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh and Tampa centers that are already open.

The additional distribution center will help the company by providing quicker service to those in the western and north-western U.S. by reducing the time it takes to ship and return game disc rentals. GameFly continues to make headway in the game rental by-mail market space.

Sources also confirm to us that GameFly is still working through the process of the company going public. Apparently, the process is taking longer than expected, but is still on track.
