Avatar golf title in development
Using your avatars to play is what players want
It seems that the integration of Xbox 360 avatars into games seems to be the next big thing that players want, and developers are responding. The announcement of the Job Ride racing title is just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, on the development of titles that allows avatars to interact in actual game play.
Our sources are telling us now that an avatar-based golf title is also in development. While the actual developer is unknown, we hear whispers that development of this casual gaming title that will add the ability to use your avatar as your player in the game is progressing. It is also a mystery if this will feature Natal-oriented control or not, but a good guess is that it could.
Footage of the XBL avatar-based golf title is already making the rounds on the Internet, and from what we can tell it does look like it could be a lot of fun. Still, with no actual information beyond what we can see in the video the mystery could continue for some time, but we think that it is a safe bet that it could be part of the Natal launch; as it seems an ideal way to get people interested in using the add-on for the Xbox 360 when it is released.
