Operations Team expanded at Realtime
Make sure that the games are available to play
Crackdown and APB developers Realtime Worlds have expanded its Operations Team in its Boulder, Colorado facility with the addition of both a Customer Service Director and Manager of Game Operations. The expansion was necessary as the company has continued to grow.
Industry veteran Will Leverett, who has worked for Origin Systems/Electronic Arts and NC Soft, will be joining the company as the new Director of Customer Service. Patrick Bays, who has worked at NC Soft, Origin Systems, and Turbine Entertainment, will be the new Manager of Game Operations.
Realtime Worlds has been adding staff in key positions to work on a yet unannounced project that is believed to be an RTS-oriented addition to their current projects. These additions seem to confirm that they will be working more on building up their backend infrastructure in an effort to make sure that players are able to play Realtime Worlds titles around the clock.
