Stargate Worlds developer Cheyenne Mountain is in the news again with money troubles. This time around, data center provider IO Capital Princess LLC has filed suit against the company for an unpaid open account.

This is the not the first time that Cheyenne Mountain has had problems paying its bills. Cheyenne Mountain has been upfront that they have been struggling, and its previous cash flow problems led to its staff being unpaid for 25 days or more, depending on whom you ask.

The Stargate Worlds MMO does appear to still be moving forward and the company has not announced any information suggesting that the project was stalled. Typically, MMO providers use large data centers to host MMO servers for game play; and while we don’t know all of the details of the suit, the news may not be good for Cheyenne Mountain.
