Steam’s online store has a nice treat for GTA fans that might’ve missed GTA Vice City, and if you pre-order GTA IV via Steam, you’ll get a free copy of GTA Vice City. (I was hoping for a free set of cutlery, but what the heck. sub.ed.)

The game will be available on December the 3rd, and it will be priced at USD $39.99. European prices are listed from €42-45, but there won’t be any gifts with the game, and we can’t help but wonder when this “rip-off-the-Europeans” trend will stop.
