A South Carolina inmate, Jonathan Lee Riches, filed a third-party motion against Blizzard and their hit game World of Warcraft. Riches claims that WoW caused his “mind to live in a virtual universe” where he “explored the landscape of committing identity theft.”

He also claims he was addicted to video games and lost touch with reality. The inmate apparently kept busy these years as he previously filed numerous lawsuits against celebrities and politicians.

First it was GTA, now it’ll be WoW, and we can’t help but wonder what’s happening with the world today.
