Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft's CEO, said how the stronger currency in the EU has caused the company to start looking away from the U.S. as the numero-uno market. Apparently, their turnover in Europe is now 5% higher than in U.S., which is a direct result of the euro and Pound being stronger than the U.S. Dollar.
Still, as much as this is good news, it might very well mean that we won’t be saying goodbye to these U.S.-friendly pricing trends, where equipment costs the same in euros and Dollars anytime soon.
