Nintendo recently started a lawsuit against Nyko, a company that makes console peripherals and controllers.
Nintendo claims that Nyko, with their Kama Wireless Nunchuck, infringed their patent and that the shape, design, and the general impression, as well as color and material are identical to the original Nintendo Nunchuck.
Nintendo asked the court to freeze the sales of this product and for financial compensation for the infringement.
The spokesperson for Nyko claims that the company didn’t infringe anyone’s intellectual property and that they’re currently assessing the charges.
