Deep Silver has announced that it will publish the new PC title, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky in North America. The new GSC Game World's prequel to the previous S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game. The new prequel is scheduled to be released on August 29th.

It is nice to know that things are going the way they should for the new Chernobyl accident-themed game, since this means that there will be no delays, at least we hope so. The new S.T.A.L.K.E.R. looks great, especially in DirectX 10. We wrote about it before and by the looks of it, it could easily beat Crysis and slowly push it into oblivion.
