Epic Games founder rants
Tim Sweeney, the founder and CEO of Epic Games, has said that people should stop looking to the PC to deliver their games.
Speaking to TG Daily editor, Theo Valich Sweeney, said that PCs mostly don't deliver the amount of performance that you would expect to justify their cost. He said that you have to pay twice as much money for 30 percent more performance.
Marketing people made a grave mistake trying to peddle high-end gaming features such as 3-Way SLI and other high-end things, while they did not work on expanding the PC gaming message to masses. While people are buying PCs, they are buying machines that do not have the clout to handle serious games, he said.
