On Monday Sony announced the availability of its new 80GB Playstation 3 in the US.

The new version will ship with MotorStorm and will cost $599. Taking into account that the current 60GB model costs $499, you just can't say that the extra $100 for 20GBs of storage is a good deal, in spite of the bundled game.
