Sony has confirmed that Europe will get the new dieted PSP even before Japan. David Reeves announced that same thing at E3.
At Sony's E3 event David Reeves commented that European aka. PAL PSP
"...will come out at 169 Euros in all the PAL territories at the
beginning of September.". That same 169,00 Euro's is the actual price
in Europe, if you don't count the GigaPack which costs around €200.
Guys at Gamesindustry.biz
managed to get a confirmation from Sony Computer Entartainment Europe
that "As David said in his speech last week, the new PSP will launch in
early September and will be the same price as the existing one."
New PSP is scheduled for launch in Japan on September 20.
