Microsoft's announcement that it is spending a billion
dollars to fix problems in its Xbox360 has resulted in an online storm
among console users.
The company initially denied there were any problems with
the console and now admits that it is spending a billion dollars to
fix something.
The problem is that Microsoft won't say what went wrong
inside of its Xbox 360 video game consoles that could lead to $US1
billion in repairs.
This has resulted in a storm of online speculation on
blogs and forums and an increase in the number of complaints. The most
common problem is believed to be overheating. Some broken boxes have come
back from Microsoft with new heat sinks.
