Tomb Raider Anniversary site has provided us with Tomb Raider anniversary Nude patch 1.7.

If you apply it to the game you will get Lara naked and you will see each and every polygon. We can remember the original patch for the first 3D Lara Craft and that was a revolution some 8 years ago.
