S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl has gone gold. Announcement was made by Kelly Flock the THQ executive vice president. Flock announced the news infront of huge crowd of journalists and added that the game ships in March. Online retailers are listing it as 20th March release.

This is fantastic news since it has been six years since the game was first announced. The game is rated M for Mature (blood and gore, intense violence, strong language, use of alcohol), and will sell for around €45.
