Orange Pi One [it helps if you pronouncing after the greek letter.ed] is a quad-core PC for $10 (plus $4 shipping) and it appears to break the record of the original Raspberry Pi for a computer priced at just $35.

The new $10 Orange Pi One looks interesting because it has a faster processor, additional ports, and an Ethernet jack.

It ships with an Allwinner H3 1.2 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor, ARM Mali-400MP2 graphics, 512MB of RAM, and a microSD card slot for storage.

There is an HDMI output, 10/100 Ethernet support, a USB 2.0 port, a micro USB port, a 40-pin Raspberry Pi-compatible header and a camera interface.

It can run Android or Raspbian, Ubuntu, and Debian. All up, pretty good value if you want to play.
