DFI shows a new Intel based Blood Iron motherboard
The G41 based Blood Iron G41-T33
DFI has announced a new motherboard in its Blood Iron series, the G41-T33. The new microATX G41-T33 is based on Intel's G41 chipset and GMA X4500 IGP and features support for Intel's LGA 775 Core 2 Duo/Quad CPUs.
DFI has equipped this motherboard with its ABS II, which DFI markets as "automatic CPU upgrade technology", four SATA 3.0 ports, 5.1-channel audio, two memory slots with support for DDR3-1066 memory, and a single PCI-Express x16 slot which is blessing if you have to choose between Intel's IGP or a discrete graphics card.
The motherboard should be quite affordable considering its specifications and we are quite sure that it will hit retail pretty soon.
