Intel plans two new motherboards that will support new Atom Pineview dual and single core CPUs. The new board has only Atom CPU that now has IGP and memory controller on board while the board still has ICH7, now renamed to Tigerton, simply to sound better.

The board is codenamed Mount Olive and we don’t have many details, except that it comes in Mini ITX format and that supports dual core Pineview Atom CPUs.

In Q1 2010 Intel plans to launch an additional mini ITX motherboard codenamed Packton and this new board supports Pineview SC, new single core Atom.
