HP did not miss out on opportunity to show off its gear at the Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona and it used the show to announced its new 7-inch tablet, the HP Slate 7.
The Slate 7 is pretty much what you can expect from an entry level tablet, as we are looking at dual-core Corex-A9 based CPU clocked at 1.6GHz, 8GB of internal storage expandable by a microSD card slot, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, 3-megapixel rear camera, all the usual connectivity options and 7-inch 1024x600 screen.
The good part of the story is that we should see it on retail shelves as of April, with a suggested price tag of US $169.99.
