A number of revamped Pavilion and ProBook series laptops are on the way, ranging from the 14-inch Pavilion dv4 to the 17.3-inch dv7, along with the dv6, which is already on sale. Llano APUs will also find their way into more affordable g-series models.
HP will offer numerous SKUs, starting with dual-core A4-3300M processors all the way up to quad-core A8-3510MX parts. The new Pavilions and Probooks should hit retail in early July and the prices look rather tempting.
The cheapest dv6 and dv7 variants should sell for $600 and $700 respectively. Prices for the g series start from $450 for the 14-inch g4, while the 15.6-inch g6 and 17.3-inch g7 should sell for about $500. The prices for ProBook series models will be a tad higher.
