MSI shows love for Optimus
Cebit 2010: A couple of notebooks have it
During the CeBIT show, MSI has showcased a couple of notebooks that will proudly bare the Nvidia Optimus sticker. In any case, every notebook that will use Intel's CPU/IGP in combination with Nvidia's GPU will be able to support Optimus and manufacturers like it for its simplicity as the end consumer doesn't need to setup anything.
The first in line were the FX400 and FX600, a 14- and 15.6-inch notebooks based on Intel HM55 chipset and Core i5 processor paired up with a wide variety of "latest Nvidia Graphics Cards". Both models feature Chiclet keyboard, MSI premium sound technology with four 2W speakers and have a wrist rest and lid covered in leather.
These were just the start and we are quite sure that MSI will introduce more models that will feature Nvidia's Optimus technology.
