Years ago our Taiwan-based, Swedish-born editor, Lars G. Nilsson, served in the Swedish army, in military intelligence to be precise. Since the neutral Swedes don't fancy going to war as much as some other European nations (let's not name names), he had no choice but to trade in his rusty, neutral bolt action rifle for a Fuji camera. As you can see, his Nordic cold blood flowing through his steady hands drilled to perfection can deal with the Fuji sd8000 just fine, especially since it has a great IS system.
Kingston held a pretty interesting contest at the show, not for gamers or geeks, but for fashion designers, pros and amateurs alike. There's few better ways of drawing a crowd at IT events then having loads of gorgeous women dressed in outlandish outfits parade down a catwalk. In fact, there is no better way, at least not one that's considered morally acceptable and legal for that matter. So, kudos to the Kingston spinners for this one. You can find out more about the contest and check out the winners here.
Somehow I get the feeling you don't really give a damn about all of this and just want to enjoy the pics, so here you go, feast your eyes on some of L.G.N.'s masterpieces. We might even send him to some sort of fashion show sooner or later, who knows.
