Corsair is also showcasing a new power supply in their HX series - a 1000W model. As a part of HX series this PSU features modular design and high power efficiency.

The PSU in question features two 12V rails with 40Amps on each, which is enough to power a 3-Way SLI system. According to Corsair this is going to be the first 1000W PSU that will get Nvidia's 3-Way SLI certification, and this is the PSU that is used to power the system with overclocked memory and a 3-Way SLI setup at Nvidia's booth.

We saw this PSU in a configuration that includes two Radeon HD 3870 cards in Crossfire paired with Intel's Core 2 Extreme QX9770, that are watercooled by Corsair's Nautilus 500. This PSU has enough power to handle most setups, but it will also have a higher price tag, since we are talking about a high-end model which includes only the best components.
