Synergy Immigration Solutions which helps corporate and individual clients with all their visa and sponsorship licence needs said that there were major concerns that encouraging Brits to return to work was not solving the problem.
The company said that labour shortages in the aftermath of Brexit could cost the UK economy a staggering £30 billion per year, with more than 1.3 million jobs that need to be fille.
Company founder Laura Notaro said that foreign workers have played a key role in helping to enhance Britain’s economy over the years.
“In the wake of Brexit we have noticed a greater need than ever for skilled workers from abroad, and businesses looking to hire them.”
The need for more talent has led to more demand for overseas workers, making companies like Notaro's more important and prominent. In addition to providing sponsorship licence services, the company also offers skilled worker mobility routes, individual visas, and a range of different services, including help with permanent residency, British citizenship, and immigration needs, issues or concerns.
