Apple's latest iPhone will cost £150 more in the UK and €1,339 in the EU because Apple said so.
The Daily Mail, which championed British Brexit, noted that while Apple has been punishing the EU, it has kept the cost of the iPhone flat in the US. This makes all its claims that the price increases are necessary due to inflation and the high value of the dollar complete spin.
The US has been suffering inflationary problems and yet in the United States the new phone costing £867 excluding VAT.
Jobs knows the reason why Apple has decided to risk its European customer base by treating them like dirt. It might because it thinks Europeans are stupid enough to buy its products what ever the price so they might as well trying and make more money out of them.
