That's indicating by people it is trying to hire.
The company has been slowly and rather successfully moving to different markets, including coolers, PC cases, gaming peripherals and even gaming barebones/systems and it seems that the monitor market is its next venture.
According to a job listing spotted on Indeed.com, Corsair is looking for a product manager for monitors, which indicates that it is probably "poking" the market situation and does not give us a specific date on when to expect a monitor with Corsair badge on retail/e-tail shelves.
As pointed out on Techpowerup.com, Corsair has been known to start their new market ventures with high-end products so it might be an interesting gaming monitor. Of course, it depends on the actual OEM and panels that the company will use, but it will surely be a gaming oriented monitor with probably some RGB flare to it.
