Asus is spicing up its Eee 900 netbook lineup with two new dazzling color options.

First in line, metallic blue. An elegant, dark shade of blue reminiscent of Acer's Aspire One Blue is used on the lid, while the rest of the body is matte black.

If you want more bling for your buck, you can go for a golden Eee. Unlike the blue version, the body is white, while the lid is golden. Basically, the whole thing looks like something straight out of Superfly, and the lid looks as if someone glued a piece of used golden gift wrapper around it.

The fact that the rest of the body is white only tends to make things worse, much worse.
