Computer forensics saves nine-year old
Rescued from four years of sex hell
Maine's State Police Computer Crime Unit managed to rescue a nine-year-old Georgia girl who reportedly had been sexually abused for four years.
The sex abuser posted pictures of the abuse on the Internet. The Computer Forensic team tracked the manufacturer of a bedspread to a hotel room seen in one of the images.
From that it was possible to find a Georgia hotel where the bedspread was sold and the guest list was examined. A Georgia man is now facing federal charges.
