This is the silliest product that we came across in a long time. Thermaltake has announced his new product that is supposed to passively cool your notebook.

Ixoft is actually a 15 inch pad that cools a notebook by absorbing heat and distributing it evenly across the whole surface, all with a "little" help of chemistry. Substance that does the cooling is Sodium Sulfate Decahydrate Na2SO4.10H2O. With my knowledge in chemistry I can say that this is something that you probably shouldn't try to drink. The beer is far better choice.

Thermaltake iXoft is available in black and white and support notebooks up to 17 inches. It is made of fabric so it can easily be folded for easy transportation. It weights only 640g but we expected even less.
