Apple announced a speed bump for the MacBook today and you can now get them with 2.16GHz CPU's, although the entry level model starts at 2GHz.

You also get 1GB of memory as standard, even on the most basic model and the hard drive sizes have been bumped up as well. You can now go up to 200GB, but this is only a 4,200rpm drive.

802.11n Wi-Fi networking is now also fitted as standard, so there's no need to do that pesky software upgrade.

You do still have to pay a $200 premium for the black version, but this gives you 40GB of extra hard drive space over the equivalent white version.
