India suffers from China cyber attacks
Cyber war is silently going on
China has been carrying out cyber attacks on India for the last year and a half. According to Indian government officials, the attacks were not isolated incidents of something so generic or basic as "hacking."
The Chinese are apparently scanning and mapping India’s official networks and know how to disable the networks or distract them during a conflict. The Chinese were behind attacks on the National Informatics Centre, which was aimed at the National Security Council.
The Chinese will test government networks and see if they can be disabled, and they have been extremely successful. Mostly, this is because the government computer systems are under-resourced, reports claim.
