In an unsurprising move Nintendo has slashed Wii pricing to $149 for the entry level SKU. In addition the game will now ship with Mario Kart Wii and a Wii Wheel accessory.

Nintendo will offer a few more game bundles as of May 15. Dubbed Nintendo Selects, consumers will be able to pick up the four-game bundles for just $20.

The Wii 2 is scheduled to launch sometime next year, so we can probably look forward to more bundles and special deals as the date draws near.
