The key event in the life of every Apple fanboy is over. Steve Jobs showed a new 13-inch thin notebook, promised it for $1,799+ with 5 hours battery life, promised i(suck)Tunes movie rentals to take away even more money out of your pocket, and he showed the highly anticipated 1.13 software update for iPhone.
The notebook is 13.3-inches small, weighs 3 pounds (1.36KG), it's powered by a 1.6GHz Core 2 Duo, has 2GB memory, an 80GB HDD drive or 64GB SSD as an option. Tthe machine doesn’t have a DVD drive, as it is too skinny for it, but it comes with 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.
iPhone users will be able to change the home screen, send multiple people SMS, get a new Google map application and according to Jobs, he announced to the world that Apple sold 4 million iPhones in the first 200 days since launch.
The funny thing is that modmyifone and hackintosh sites are down ever since the keynote.
