Microsoft completes acquisition of Activision Blizzard King
Record deal at $68.7 billion gets it all under one roof
Microsoft has finally managed to close the deal and has completed the acquisition of Activision Blizzard King company. This puts all franchises and plenty of developers under the same roof called Xbox Game Studios, as announced by Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft Gaming.
