Following the launch of AMD's 2nd generation Ryzen Threadripper CPUs, Cooler Master has announced its special edition Wraith Ripper tower CPU cooler, which can handle up to 250W of TDP.

Wraith Ripper developed with Cooler Master
While demonstrating the 24-core and 32-core 2nd generation Threadripper CPUs at the Computex 2018 show, AMD was keen to note that these were air cooled, by non other than a brand new Wraith Ripper CPU cooler developed by AMD in cooperation with Cooler Master.
