Huaxintong Semiconductor to build ARM-based server silicon
Could challenge Intel
A joint venture between Qualcomm and China's Guizhou Province is to build ARM-based server silicon by licensing the ARMv-8-A architecture and generally being a pain in the bottom line for Intel.
