Memory IC market to increase 10 percent in 2017


Two new IC companies to enter market by late 2017


According to a report from IC insights, the market for DRAM and NAND flash ICs is expected to increase 10 percent in 2017 after weak market conditions left the market in a one percent decline by the end of 2016.
