Cadence close to releasing DDR4 and LPDDR4 products

Cadence Design Systems says its DDR4 and LPDDR4 IP using TSMC's 16nm FinFET Plus (16FF+) process have completed TSMC9000 Silicon Assessment.

Intel and Cadence come up with 14nm library

Cadence Design and Intel announced that the two companies have hammered out a 14nm (nanometer) library characterization reference flow for customers of Intel Custom Foundry.
