Belinea is the first vendor to offer a proper 15.4-inch notebook in Europe for under €300.

This is netbook money, and you can't expect impressive specs, but then again, you do get a Celeron M530 at 1.73GHz, 2GB of memory, 160GB of storage and a ViaChrome9 IGP. This will be enough for quite a few consumers, and it's much better than any netbook out there.

If you take a look at netbook pricing, €299 will buy you a mid-range 10-incher, such as a Lenovo S10, MSI Wind U100 or Acer's D150. However, unlike the Belinea which ships without an OS, they come with XP.
